Shipments and returns
All products we sell, you may return UNOPENED/UNUSED items for a full refund within 30days of purchase based on the arrival date. We DO NOT accept returns of: liquid products, e-juice, opened atomizers, opened clearomizers, opened cartomizers, bottled liquid, e-juice, drip tips, batteries, wick/cotton, wire, mechanical mods, rebuildable devices and atomizers, parts for rebuildables and/or atomizers and DIY ingredients for hygienic reasons. Therefore, our Return Policy EXCLUDES any products of this kind. You will be responsible for the shipping charges to us and shipping charges are NOT REFUNDABLE
E-JUICE CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED AFTER PURCHASE. E-JUICE IS ALWAYS A FINAL SALE. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any kind of replacement or compensation for bottled liquids as taste differ for each individual and how the flavor reflects on their palette.
Atomizers and cartomizers needs to be replaced depending on individual’s usage. Official lifetime of an atomizer is 3 weeks according to the factories, average user will go through 2-5 atomizers per month. Brand new atomizers/cartomizers NEED TO BE SOAK for minimum of 10 minutes with e-juice before use. Damage due to user error or abuse will NOT be warranted.
Atomizers and cartomizers are only replaced if dead on arrival (DOA). Please kindly inform us within 48 hours of getting your package if any of your atomizers are not working.
Vape29 does not provide warranty for clearance products. Purchase of clearance product are final sale (no exchanges or refunds upon shipment). This applies to, but not limited to items under the pages clearance devices/e-liquid. i.e. Product with a disclaimer "Final Sale" in the description or title.
If you would like to start an return process for exchange, replacement, or refund, please log in to your account and email us your full name, address, phone number, order number and REASON for the return that is associated with the product you wish to return, item you wish to RMA (return merchandise authorization) and issues you are experiencing with your product at email@example.com. Please include pictures and be as detailed as possible.
We will respond to your inquiry within 48 hours letting you know if your RMA has been approved or denied or if further clarification is needed.
1. If your request has been approved, please repackage the item(s) including all original parts, packing material, instructions, etc. Within reason, this means that everything must be returned exactly as it was sent to you. DO NOT send items back in a regular envelope, poor repackaging or the return of damaged merchandise could result in refusal of your return and loss of any refund or replacement item. Items MUST NOT have any damage due to user error or abuse and must not have been used. Please also include a copy of the original Packing List in the package.
2. We will contact you once we receive your return. Should you have any questions during the RMA process, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
3. Ship the item at your own expense and free choice of carrier to the address you receive from our associate. If item is deemed faulty, shipping will be refunded after we have received the item.
Replacement item(s) will be mailed back to you once the DOA item(s) have been returned to us, inspected and found to be DOA. However, they must be for the same item and the same finish, IF AVAILABLE. If an RMA product is found to be in perfect working condition, the original item will be returned back to you at your own expense.
1. If you are to receive a refund, it will be issued by Vape29 Inc when the returned item has been received in satisfactory and unused condition. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days once we receive the item(s) back from the original customer. Refunds will be applied directly to the method that was used to make the purchase. Refunds will ONLY be given at our discretion. (Items that qualify for a refund must be approved by us before the product is returned. If the product falls under a category that is on our unapproved return list due to sanitary reasons, those products can not be returned for any reason, regardless if the product is unused).

We check all information on our website very carefully. However, an occasional error may occur, or manufacturers might update information we are unaware of. We reserve the right to correct inaccurate information and are not responsible for typographical errors.
All orders with Canada shipping address will include sales tax (HST/GST) when you checkout.
For the customers, ouside of Canada, may be charged for your local sales tax or the duty fee based on the law in your country.
